David Dolitsky

David Dolitsky holds a dual leadership role as Financial Controller of BrightPath Caribbean and General Manager of CaribTax, providing strategic oversight across financial operations, compliance, and business administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and brings over 25 years of experience managing accounting functions, financial controls, and regulatory-driven operations within service-oriented environments.

Throughout his career, David has directed end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, billing oversight, tax-relevant documentation, and audit coordination. He also brings a decade of leadership experience within a regulated medical supply and billing organization, further strengthening his command of governance, compliance, and operational structure.

In his current roles, David supports executive decision-making by establishing sound internal controls, maintaining regulatory alignment, and overseeing vendor, client, and regulatory relationships. He is highly proficient in QuickBooks, Peachtree (Sage), and Microsoft Office 365, and is recognized for his disciplined approach to financial stewardship and operational efficiency across both BrightPath Caribbean and CaribTax.
